Location: 89 Chiang Mai Road, Khlong San, Bangkok, Thailand

Scope of Work: Structural design of all elements including foundations, slabs, beams, and columns, with earthquake-resistant detailing

Remarks: The building includes a cantilevered swimming pool at the residential level and long-span design at the office floor to allow flexible open-plan usage. The structure was engineered for both residential comfort and commercial function, with full compliance to Thai structural and seismic codes.
